Old Harry Rocks
I want to show you the chalk cliffs near Studland called Old Harry Rocks this time. The origin of the name is not entirely clear and refers to only one rock formation. The views from these white cliffs are breathtaking. It is an ideal place for a picnic and a paradise for photography enthusiasts.
Christchurch
One of the three towns of the BCP area. It lies between 2 rivers: Avon and Stour, which flow directly into the stunning Christchurch Harbour. You will find ruins of a castle and a magnificent cathedral in Christchurch. We will also see Highcliffe Castle and have a rest on the beach.
Durdle Door and Jurassic Coast
Durdle Door, once known as Dirdale Door, is probably Dorset’s biggest attraction. The impressive arch in the sea attracts not only tourists but also artists. If you want to see the stunning Jurassic Coast and feel like you are in the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ film, then join this private trip filled with magnificent views and make unforgettable memories.
In the footsteps of Lawrence of Arabia
Thomas Edward Lawrence, born in 1888 in the north of Wales, a friend of Thomas Hardy and author of ‘The Seven Pillars of Wisdom’ (1926), who lived in Clouds Hill, is one of the most important people in the history of England , and in particular – Dorset.
We will trace his footsteps and see one of the most beautiful local churches with some unique stained glass.
Corfe Castle
Situated on a hill, ruins of the castle attract crowds of visitors every year. During our trip, you will have the chance to enjoy wonderful views of Dorset from the top of the hill, while at the same time listening to interesting stories about the history of the castle. Having enjoyed magnificent views, why not take a rest and delight in traditional Cream Tea with a view over the castle. We will also see a miniature Corfe Castle before setting off to enjoy some traditional pastries.
Durlstone Country Park - Swanage
It is a perfect place to discover the Jurassic Coast.
Meadows of wild flowers, majestic cliffs, numerous birds, all offer spectacular views full of hidden history. If you’re lucky, you might even spot seals or even dolphins.
We will enjoy a wonderful lunch in Swanage and go sightseeing in one of the most beautiful old towns in Dorset.
